We utilize strategic, individualized plans to control your acne through specific home care products and in-office treatments. Treatment plans include a thorough consultation and a packet of information for you to take home, which cover lifestyle choices, as well as foods and product ingredients that affect acne prone skin. We will give you detailed instructions on how to care for your skin to get you clear within 3 to 4 months, and keep you clear. This system has a 92% success rate for individuals who follow the treatment plan.

Zoom Virtual Acne Consultation- $45

During the Zoom meeting, we will:

• Determine your acne type

• Recommend the home care products that you will need to get clear

• Educate you on lifestyle habits and choices that aggravate acne-food, birth control pills, etc.

 You will receive:

• PDF forms of critical acne triggers to avoid

• Recommended home care products that you will need to get clear.

You should expect to pay $150-160 for Home Care products to start.

 

Acne Consultation - $55

During a consult, we analyze your skin to ascertain your skin type and specific kind of acne issues you have. We will test different types of exfoliants to see how sensitive your skin is to specific skin care products. You'll be given recommendations for your home care regimen based on this information and an estimate of how long it will take to get your skin issues addressed properly. During your consult we will also go over information you need to know about your lifestyle that could be contributing your skin issues. Please allow about 40 - 60 minutes for this appointment.

 

Acne Treatment and Consultation For First Time Acne Clients - $85

In your 90 minute consultation and treatment appointment, we will determine your skin type, acne type and skin tolerance and give you recommendations for the products and services you will need to get clear. Ana or JoAnna will go over aggravating factors that make you break out such as foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, etc. as well as give you a packet of information that has everything that we tell you in the consultation. Finally we will do an acne exfoliating service with extractions.

 

If you decide to go on our acne-clearing program, you will be instructed on how to use your products for the first two weeks of your program. Please expect to pay about $150 for your first set of acne products at your first appointment. Ana Belen Skin Care does not offer services or extractions to clients that do not use our home care products.

 

 

Acne Treatment For Established Acne Clients - $70
Face acne treatment involves deep cleansing with an exfoliating enzyme or light chemical peel and extractions. Exfoliation and extractions allow home-care products to penetrate the pores more easily and facilitate the clearing process. I also assess how your home care regimen will be adjusted so that your skin does not over-adapt and stop responding.

 

 

Back Acne Treatment For Established Acne Clients $85

Back acne treatment involves deep cleansing, exfoliating enzyme or light chemical peel and extractions.

 

 

Acne Products

Face Reality’s skincare line of acne products has been specially formulated and fine tuned to be the most effective home-care products to treat acne. It’s not a “one size-fits-all” system like many acne lines. We will test your skin to determine your sensitivity level and recommend strengths of products that will push your skin to clear without excessive dryness or irritation.

Our acne products utilize the most effective, proven acne-fighting ingredients such as Benzoyl Peroxide, Vitamin A and Mandelic Acid. These ingredients are able treat acne by doing the following:

• Kill bacteria inside the pore.

• Address the build up of dead skin cells by penetrating inside the pores (not just the surface).

• Keeps pores from filling up once they are clear.

• We ask that you stop using any prescriptions when you begin our treatment program. If you are currently using Retin-A or any other prescription topical creams, we recommend you stop using it two weeks before your first treatment so that your skin will be less sensitive and your extractions will be more tolerable. Also, we want to be able to accurately test your skin sensitivity for the strength of products we will recommend you start with. We will use the strongest products your skin can tolerate without irritation. As your skin adapts every few weeks, we will increase the frequency of use or the product strength to push your skin to clear faster.  It is important that you follow home-care instructions and contact us if your skin begins to get too dry.

  Taking care of your skin at home, along with regular treatments is the KEY to clearing acne.
